We talk a lot about diet. Supplements. Cold plunges.
But sleep? That’s the real unlock.
I’ve been slipping lately.
Late nights. Inconsistent bedtimes.
I still tracked everything with ŌURA last month and it was a great way to see I was loosing consistentcy.
Here’s my data for June:
🕒 7h51min sleep per night --> Not bad, aiming for 8h
🧠 25% REM --> Solid cognitive recovery
💪 1h14min deep sleep --> Good physical restoration
⏰ High variation in sleep & wake-up time --> Definitely need to improve consistency
🚶♀️ Active time: 6h18min/day --> Decent, but I’m aiming for 8h+ of low-intensity movement
Not bad… but not optimal either.
The upside? Even with an imperfect routine, quality sleep moves the needle.
Longevity isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up and paying attention.
Let's see how I do next month --> my focus: consistent bedtime.
