I’ve been testing Bevel, a 2023 app that syncs with your wearables (ŌURA, Garmin, Apple Health…) to turn raw health data into clear, usable insights.
✅ What I liked:
• Centralizes all health data in a clean, intuitive dashboard
• Tracks long-term baselines like VO₂ Max, HRV, resting heart rate, and body composition
• Offers a daily Readiness Score based on sleep, recovery, strain, and stress
• Provides coaching suggestions based on recovery and strain, like:
– If your recovery is high → it suggests a target strain range to aim for
– If your recovery is low → it prompts you to rest and focus on recovery
⚠️ What could be improved:
• Too much data with no clear prioritization
• No personalized recommendations or next steps
• Some metrics lack clear definitions or context
• Feels a bit redundant with other wearable apps
Still figuring out how to integrate it without adding friction. But for longevity and performance tracking, it feels very promising !
Anyone else trying Bevel or something similar? Curious what helps you go from data to decisions.
